I have had excellent experiences with Astral Castle – and I collect pocket dragons as well so I’ve bought more that a few things from Dave. 😉 I would highly recommend AC if you are looking for a new distributor.,

We waive the shipping on Peña sculptures within the USA. But because our catalog itself is not sophisticated enough to be able to drop the shipping on some orders but not others, if you go through the checkout it always shows the shipping charge. We process the orders at the store, manually, and the shipping fee gets taken off prior to ringing up the order. The web site does say all this, but if you are just taking a quick look-see you may think we charge full shipping.

I even have their phone number in my cell phone 🙂 I only rarely bought Windstones in stores here because we have a hefty sales tax like CA-8.25%-which adds up quickly when you spend $100+. Plus the 1 or 2 remaining stores in town always had SUPER high prices. When the rainbow males were selling for $115ish before the price hike, they were asking $140!+tax+driving the hour out there. It was cheaper and easier to get them online.
Astral castle is in Texas so Id still be paying tax. http://www.armiks.com is another good site. They didnt have the inventory that grandio did, but they can order anything Windstone has if you call them and ask them.
Edit-YEA the discount from armiks! Forgot about that! I ordered a RF OW and a month later got $26 off another Windstone I ordered. Thats huge! So if you plan to buy 2 expensive pieces, save one for the next month 😉

I did just what Wolfen said. 😀 I received my Red Fire Spectral from Armik’s about two hours ago, which joins my RF Rising Spectral from Armik’s, and they both join my RF Lap which came from Armik’s. 😀 😀
I bought the Lap, waited 30 days for my 10% credit to be official and then used it toward the Riser, waited 30 days and used that credit toward my Spectral. Does that ever add up!
They didn’t have any of the Red Fires I wanted when I started looking for them, so they ordered from Windstone each time. The Windstone store website had been showing out of stock for quite a while for the Lap, but Armik’s called them anyway; and Windstone came up with one. Was I ever happy! 😀 With free shipping and all the money I saved, it was well worth the extra four days for shipping from Windstone to Armik’s. 😆
