It is Grandio.com and is located in Michigan.
All their remaining Windstones that are in stock are 30% off, but they are charging shipping on the discounted items. If you are in Michigan, you also have to pay sales tax. I just got their last Red Fire Rising Spectral, and even paying shipping and tax, I still got a good deal.
I can give a bit of a list for items I asked about specifically.
There are no Fledglings of any color, no whites, no unicorns, no rock dragons, and no Royals. I did not ask about the non-painted/stone-colored items.
As of this moment, these are some I know they do have:

That website was always one of the more popular windstone sites… or so I thought :shrug:yeah.. that was one of their big sellers.. I would think they’d have sent out an email
ok.. edit that.. I just got the email.. they’ve decided to no longer do collectibles.. that’s a big bummer..
They sent out emails to their customers, which is how I learned of it. I got my email yesterday but didn’t open it until this afternoon. I called them to order and mentioned the 30% discount. Their email follows:
“Grandio.com began as an online retailer in 1995, and we became one of the few internet sites to deal directly to the customers with a variety of products. We have handled products including Shelia Collectables, Soy Candles, Windstone, Pipka, Vangroup / Vanmark, Blue Sky and many others over the years. Unfortunately the last few years of competition with heavily discounted internet retailers and the difficulty in obtaining products from retailers has forced us to re-evaluate our business model. We have decided to no longer deal in collectables and figurines. From now until all of our stock is gone, you will receive 30% off on your in-stock collectable orders. We will no longer be ordering stock for our warehouse, so the items ordered will need to be in-stock to receive the discount. Please make a note of “30% off” in the comment box on the order form. Since we are extending a large discount to our customers, we will no longer be offering free shipping. Dealer inquiries are welcomed. Thank you for your continued support over the years.”
Well, that’s a shame.
Too bad they don’t have a bg riser. The last I need to complete my entire black gold collection. Hopefully some other people can get some good deals.AH NOOOOO! I had my shopping cart all set for tonight and now everything is GONE! *cries*

stock.I left out the end though when he told me the items in my cart were all now sold out as of last night and earlier today. 😥 I’m a dummy.
They were the only place I bought Windstones from (other then here I mean) but for production pieces. I’ve never had a problem with them and they always have great communication. I’m very sad to see they won’t be selling Windstones anymore. They always offered free shipping before this clearance sale which was AWESOME!

How could I not?!
Regardless of the deals, though, that really is a bummer that they’re not selling Windstones anymore 🙁 Grandio was where my dad bought all the Windstones he’s ever ordered me online as Christmas and birthday gifts. Anything he couldn’t get at the mall, he got from Grandio — and that’s been everything in the past few years, since both Wicks ‘n Sticks and Ashley Avery closed where he used to live in Colorado. Guess he’ll have to find a different place to shop for his darling daughter’s presents 😉
I’m going to miss Grandio, too! My family ordered a lot from them over the years. Nothing beats a Windstone sale and/or free shipping. 😥
At least we still have some forum member’s stores, like Emerald and Dave 🙂 They’re every bit as good, in my experience.
