My husband and I are trying to buy our first house, and in order to qualify for the loan for the house of our dreams, we need some more $ in our accounts. So, I’m putting a bunch of my collection up for sale. There may be more coming.

This is an old brown male, in okay shape. No box. He does have a squint, and some damage.

These next two are very old greens. They both have some damage. It looks like they were wrapped in newspaper and then got damp, because the damage looks like the paint has peeled off, and there is some newspaper still stuck to them. I photographed as many spots as I could focus on. They’re still beautiful, old, unique pieces.

I’m also selling my gold fledgling. The color doesn’t thrill me as much as it used to, and I could use the money. 🙂 He is in great shape, from a smoke-free home. I did find one little paint rub on one horn that could be easily touched up. He comes with his original box, tag, and COA. The gold fledgling is a limited production item, and he is signed by Melody.
For shipping estimates, he is double boxed in a 12 x 12 x 6 box, which weighs 2 lbs 3.1 oz. I can ship him whatever method you prefer. He is coming from zip code 86303, in the US.
I am taking bids rather than selling him outright, and I’d really rather avoid ebay. I take PayPal and do accept payments. I will take bids until Sunday at noon PST, and I’ll post current offers here anonymously.
UPDATE:Since I am not automatic like Ebay in notifying someone if they are outbid, if someone does send in a bit at the last moment, I will contact the person who had the winning bid until that moment, and give them a chance to raise their bid. It’ll go back and forth if needed, until someone wins. Just because I can’t do instant notifications like Ebay, this seems like the fairest way to do it.
