Do you have one? The Squinty eyed male dragon is a male dragon mold-batch that has eyelids that are noticeably more close together than the normal ones.
It would probably be an older brown or green dragon, or maybe a white one.
I am curious as to how many are around in forum member’s collections.I have no idea of how many were made, but there could be only a few to as many as a hundred or so. A mold normally gets used until it rips, but because this mold made getting the eyes into the sockets difficult, it may of been removed from the casting line early.
If you have one could you post a pic? I don’t think I have one.I just took some outdoors pics of mine. Here they are! The difference is amazing. I know you said once that you thought the squinty eyed male was creepy, but I LOVE him. It makes him seem more reptilian to me.

Then I suppose I like my male dragons grumpy. He’s been my favorite male dragon for a while, but I didn’t know why until now.
I have and old brown and old green and I notice the eyelid scales are very different! That’s so cool, I never realized before. I’m not sure if either would be considered “squinty” but the scales around the eyes definitely don’t look like the fancy cast ones on the emerald or peacock ones I have.
Dude, Wampus! I love your green male! You’re right, he does look much more reptillian! My brown male is like Stephanie’s-hes a little squinty-I think?

Wow! I didn’t know the differences were that big! Looking at Wampus’s dragons, I think my fairly new emerald peacock male is in between these two, definetly not as squinty eyed as Mr Grumpypants :D, but not as open eyed as the brown. The difference is not as big with Wolfen’s brown and rainbow, but that green is on the extreme end of the scale there! Thanks for sharing everyone!

My goodness! You know I have never compared these old ones side by side, we have samples of each color but not each mold batch. I didn’t realize there was such a wide variety of eye openings! I wonder how many different eye lids there are?
There is a ‘grumpy’ green male on ebay right now, if anyone else prefers the grumpy ones:
I have to say, the lower eyelid definately looks more reptilian.
For me, the ‘grumpier look’ is more appealing. I suspect that’s because I don’t consider dragons cuddly.
To bad it made the eye harder to place.
