Me neither.I can’t seem to figure out what I am doing wrong here.What do they mean by “picture can’t be viewed in current NODE setting”?I get my pic,attah but it doesn’t show.I’ll figure it out eventually.

Bodine – if you’re trying to use the old [img] tags, they won’t work any more.

Once you upload your photo onto photobucket or wherever, get the direct link (it’ll look like: “http://www.photobucket/yourusername/yourimage.jpg” or something similar)

then take this code:

remove the DIRECT LINK GOES HERE and insert the direct link. Make sure that they direct link is encompassed with the quotation marks. It should look something like this:

That code up there brings up this image:

I think I’m going to put this very, very useful piece of info in the starting post of the soon to be created “I got my swap” thread. Personally, I can’t seem to remember it, yet a few of the savvier ones of us have mentioned this a few times in different threads. *dance dance dance* I can’t wait to see everyone’s swap pieces!!!

Also, I’ve been into web page design since I was 15, and even though MOST of the information has left me, I can still remember things like how to make links, page breaks, images, etc. 😀 Glad some of that information that’s been swimming around aimlessly up there has been helpful!
