I think the painted candlelamps are getting prettier and prettier! 🙂 I’m so glad that Melody had this idea: when I see items like this Grimalkin, or the Sitting and Crouching Cats, or the Cat’s Cradle, it makes me appreciate the shapes and detailing of the pieces even more. Things I overlooked on the stone finish originals are easier to see with the help of a little paint.

And oh, but I would love to see a Spooky Grimalkin with the candle lit! I am quite torn over whether to spend more on myself right now or not! 😳

Yay! Just got home from an event & opened up my Spooky! So beautiful! I’m currently waiting for it to get dark enough to take pictures with the candle lit. Will post them asap!
