Sooo… who can do re-sculpts? :(

I’m not on here that often and I know there are a few talanted re-sculptors among us. I recieved my newest piece with his leg broken.

It’s not a clean break though and some pieces were ground to dust so I can’t really just glue him back together. Without the jade paint though, someone would have to give him a new color.

Anyone interested? 😀 I’d also like an estimate. I’m not sure what kind of time and effort it takes for these types of things. Might be just cheaper to search for a new jade?

Whippetluv is a wizard at Windstone repair, but her life has been pretty hectic lately. I’m still waiting for the okay to send my poor black griffin to her. I know there are others that do repair, but I can’t remember who. Caisha (in Austrailia) repaired her black griffin but it might be cost-prohibitive to send it to her.

Also take a look at the PYO commisson thread in the Flea Market. Those who are willing/able to do repairs have thier rates listed.

Aww, poor dragon! I’d be happy to try and fix him up. I do resculpting with Apoxie Sculpt, as it seems to be more reliable and easier to work with than plaster. I have a post on the commissions thread in the Flea Market about repairs too. Send me a PM and I’m sure we can work something out!

AWWW! I hope who ever takes him on for repairing tries to Match the jade coloring and just do a full repair. it would be terribly sad for this one to be repainted. 🙁

I’ll trade you straight across, my jade for yours. Mine is mint, and really is jade, not emerald.

I’ve been wanting to do a koi oriental, but I didn’t want to repaint one that was okay.

No catch, I’ve been wanting one I could repaint, but I just couldn’t do it to a rare that was unblemished.

I had considered getting a cheap emerald somewhere, but yours will do.
