Do you mean Berlin spent more on art than the whole U.S. has spent on it? Well, Berlin is a good deal older than the States.

I believe the artical said, Berlin has spent more money in one year, than the U.S. Gov. has ever spent altogether! That’s quite hard to imagine, —–I’ve just attempted to find the issue to chk. the facts, but I failed. E-Berlin has this increadable art movement going on. There are artist stalls in all of these war era buildings, maybe even bunkers. People from everywhere are creating and selling art there.
I love the idea of an “Art explosion” anywhere, but their spendig seems out of scale. Oh, well; maybe they can conquor the “World of Art”, that’s so much better than what our Counry is doing. (whatever that is;….nobody really seems to have a clue.) We’ve invaded a huge oil stock and prices have almost doubled. We’ve devaluated the dollar through exporting money instead of goods. I think the whole place is up for sale. They are wanting to privatize the entire infrastucture as investments to be sold to anyone.May 4, 2007 at 3:30 pm #568712I think I’d rather go back in time somedays and live in Germany…Can’t be any worse than what the US is doing to us now. I live in IL, and although I don’t smoke anymore, haven’t for some years now (But, I’ve had BF’s that did, not Dave tho) they have now passed a bill in this state that “All public buildings” will be considered non-smoking. Now, all I want to know is where is the 1st Amendment? I’m not pro-life, or pro-choice, or anti-smokers, or racist, so exactly where do I fall anymore? I guess to be honest, I want to vote for Obama…Atleast he isn’t talking aobut what every other candidate did wrong in their lives…Heck, I’d even move to Russia the way this country is getting.
Why is it, when the price of oil drops gas prices soar for us? 👿May 4, 2007 at 4:01 pm #568713Art Slinger wrote:Yes! very cool, Which is the one breathing fire down on the weapons? Kind of the reversal of putting a spirital charge on them, by exposing them to Nether Worlders or Sprits. Good Pics too.
And Yay! for the Pound, that stinking Euro destroying all that National Identity. I collect Coins, real ones, with history, Euro blah.Thats Anger 😀
Meh the Euro is awfull!!!!! Never will it get into our island no one wants it. Infact we don’t really like the idea of being europe well you know not having our own identity.
It would be like sticking us on to France and everyone knows that the british think the french are a load of muppets. Well we get on i suppose 🙄May 4, 2007 at 5:07 pm #568714WindstoneCollector wrote:Now, all I want to know is where is the 1st Amendment? How about considering something that’s neither Democratic nor Republican? They’re obviously both crap.
As soon as I’m of age I’m voting Constitution Party. But I need to wait two more years. The voting age in the States is 21, like for renting cars and drinking, isn’t it?May 4, 2007 at 8:48 pm #568715Actually it varies from State to state. I have a friend from Iowa and there you can Vote and drive at 18 but you can’t legally drink until you’re 21 😯 Here its Lerners Permit at 14, Drivers at 16, Vote and drink at 18. I think it varies Province to province here too.
May 4, 2007 at 8:59 pm #568716Yup, can’t even get your learners in Newfoundland until 18, and drinking is 19.

I’m with you, I think the two parties are really a two headed monster. i tend toward Libertarian, but the party is not able to get on ballots because the two big ones won’t allow it. Can we say;…Fascism?
Myself I stick to being a member of , “The Loyal Opposition.” I wack at whoever is in power, they need some opposition, and they allways let almost everyone,(except their friends), down.
Oh course we can fix all of this, just make me the king! lol.May 5, 2007 at 1:17 am #568718Greater Basilisk wrote:WindstoneCollector wrote:Now, all I want to know is where is the 1st Amendment? I’m not pro-life, or pro-choice, or anti-smokers, or racist, so exactly where do I fall anymore?

May 5, 2007 at 4:45 am #568719I wonder if it’s different for citizens living overseas, because I thought I looked into last year and couldn’t vote… 😕
Thanks for the info, Lokie. I’ll research again.May 5, 2007 at 8:16 am #568720We can Fly at 16 😕 (Thats bonkers), Drive at 17, vote and drink at 18.

May 5, 2007 at 8:22 am #568721You can fly before you drive? That’s funny. 😆 They figure if you can manage in the open sky you’ll manage on the crowded roads.
May 5, 2007 at 7:16 pm #568722Yeh i know, well there isn’t any traffic lights up there! Hee hee.
