Mine isn’t coming until the middle of next week, but then again, I am on the other side of the continent 😉 I just rearranged my windstones to accommodate for him and some future purchases, like a mother dragon, *coughPOADScough*, a PYO or two. My griffins look like expectant parents patiently waiting, and my ruby fledge needs a playmate.
Well, honestly they all look the same to me. 😛 With lighting conditions I can’t really tell if some are painted darker than another or if it’s just the light hitting them differently. The lil’ white chicks just don’t really do it for me. I’m waitin’ for brown ones or maybe one day, black ones!!
I kinda like the fact that you can order two of the same color windstones and yet it’s possible they will be slightly different colors, based on how much shading or highlighting they got, ect.
The picture actually came out pretty true to color. Here’s another one of the ones I have left. The one on the right is being sent out tomorrow to the new owner and the one on the left I’m going to keep. I decided to keep an *in the middle* color just incase because I don’t have the male yet. Plus his claw needs to be repainted….well…painted.
I’m really waiting for the black ones myself, but I need them all =) They’re SO CUTE!

Me, too! 😆 I really cant tell too much of a difference in the pics, but they sure are cute. I think my mamma is a darker one. She was darker than I expected.
I got back from vacation on Friday to discover an invoice in my paypal account from Windstone! Happy day! I think my little chickie should come Tuesday or Wednesday. Daddy will be happy ^_^ I’m just afraid he’ll make the other gryphs jealous with all the bragging over his new chick, and they might fight! 😯
