Hi! I’ve had a few questions today about logging into the store. For those who are having issues using our store:
We had to move our store to a different platform from our forum – this means that your forum log in may not work in the store portion and you’ll need a new password for the store. You’ll need to log into the forum and the store separately. In time we plan to move the forum to where the store is and hope once again to have one log in for both. Until then, you need to log into each separately.
If you try to log into the store and it tells you your password is wrong, that means you are using your forum password – reset your password for the store.
If you do not receive any email messages from the store, it may have picked up an old email from your account that you no longer use – contact us and we’ll help you update that mail so that you can reset your password.
If you try to log into the store and it gives you a message that begins with “This key is not valid” something weird has happened – contact us and we’ll help you to reset your store password.
If you are shopping and then realize that you need to log in before you can check out and you haven’t registered for the store – I think that you need to click on the “log in” words at the top in order to register – or you may need to get out of the shopping cart to register – I’m not exactly sure how its done, but I know it can be done. The shopping cart still needs to have some of its instructions updated to make it easier to navigate.
