Yes, we busted the side of another desk. They are just so heavy and have really weak connecting points, and don’t like to move in heavy carpet.

So I put some L brackets on the back of it and did my best to fix it. A friend and I took them apart and moved them into the living room today and put them all back together. Then we dropped one of the lamps and made a nice 3/4 inch divet in the top of one 🙁

sigh.

Whatever.. they are moved. I took him home and happened to spot one of the local car club guys so I stopped off downtown since they normally get together on Wednesday nights.. had a quick bite and chat with them, now I’m back at the cafe.

However, I have some news.. the hospital called today.. Tami’s surgery is on Tuesday. She just left today to go back to her sister’s but her parents are bringing her back on Sunday, so I don’t have to drive this time.

So next week is going to be busy with the reoganizing continuing at home, the surgery, absolutepower’s birthday party… bleh.

Don’t worry, I won’t shut off your power, then who would I talk to 😀

And the secret? OK fine, I was going to gi.. oh, damnit I gotta go.
