It was 6 in the morning, on a Saturday, so not much traffic.

The white and red balls are on the power lines so planes can see them.

I am so sick today, all I’ve been doing is sleeping whenever possible, we had to go out and get groceries, and I had 3 hours until shift at the cafe so I lied down for a nap, no sooner said, bang bang, the guys showed up to install the heat meter.

Just as I figured, we were the LAST apartment to get it too.

At least now it’s done and I can get back to cleaning and organizing the place . This meter thing has stressed me out the most because it’s interrupted my entire flow of events.

Poor Snap!!! Sorry to hear you’re sick on top of everything else. Promise not to cough or sneeze on me and I’ll give you a hug. πŸ™‚

        Awww thanks for the loveables.

I’m feeling better last couple days, Tami isn’t. Still waiting for the surgery date. Sigh.

I’m expecting carpet cleaners at 11am. The living room is 90% empty (as opposed to the picture on the previous page.. now it’s all in the kitchen!). The stupid heat meter is in.. and once the carpets are cleaned then I start moving things into the livingroom .. like I planned on two and a half weeks ago.

Then we can get back to the original plans!

absolutePOWER has officially been open for a year as well, and I’ve been busting butt down there to get ready for our anniversary. We’re going to open up for free gaming on the 30th! Scary.

I guess it does make sense to clean the carpets since you had to move everything anyway, but do you ever slow down and rest???? It’s just one major project after another….. 😯

Who has time to slow down? I’m gonna retire at 35!

Carpets are GREAT .. and there was PILES of cat hair taken out, that is going to make both our health better in here.

Tonight I start putting desks in the living room 8)

Even one piece of furniture has to be properly placed. 😈

One piece of furniture, weighing 1600 lbs, 12 feet wide and 8 feet long. Please tell me how you could place it wrong, considering it only FITS one way. πŸ™„

                But aren’t beds considered furniture?

                  Who said I have a bed? 8)

Why would *I* need a bed?
