Mebbe try Zazzle? I’ve bought a mug with a definition of something from Urban Dictionary from them. They’re great! =D You can make all kinds of stuff on there.

Yes, this is true. Diecut, especially if using a longer lasting automotive vinyl will last longer and stand up more than just something printed on typical sticker/decal material. The printed items will fade much more quickly and the material tends to become brittle, especially with heat/UV exposure.
Yes Diecut Vinyl would definitely be the best material for Snerl! Vector designs

Heck, I’d put a full blown Windstone Dragon on the back of my car, and if you make one with the OW and the caption “Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with katchup!” I would so plaster that life size on the back of Louis’ truck!! *no idea if that phrase is copyrighted or not….*
