Nice comparison pic. Both are nice, but I definitely like the slate version better.

Was just thinking about most of the male unicorns on Ebay having dark beards… or was it just the przewalski horse ones who had them…? I guess those ones had dark chins anyway, so that would make sense. Well anyway, who can argue with that pic!

The beard on my slate male is darker like his mane and tail. I think they were all painted different. That’s a good comparison picture. I think I still like the slate better. The light parts of the mane are kind of neat the way they weave in and out but I like the over all darker body better. Although I wouldn’t say no to a silver mother for my slate family. Then I could have a bit of both 😀

He he he. I totally love his eyeliner. Though he was a weird looking yearling! He stepped off the trailer and I thought I’d made a huge mistake and was afraid to have Mike see him! LOL.
I think the ponies with both splash and sabino keep the eyeliner. Ponies with just splash have pink eyelids…. This is just my opinion though… I’m still looking for horses that show both that have pink instead of black.
