If a color came out on a sculpt and was retired that color sculpt won’t be reissued, but if the color never came out on a sculpt to begin with there is the possibility of it someday being released in a retired color is my understanding. Since the coiled mother and coiled male never came out in ruby there is a slim chance they could be released in ruby (or gold or emerald peacock) the future.

February 6, 2008 at 6:54 am #662011The mention of more coileds is always good news. I’ll buy ’em, whatever color they are.
February 6, 2008 at 11:50 pm #662012hmmmm….did you knock out a wall or two to make your room larger? You don’t seem so concerned about space anymore!!! π
February 7, 2008 at 12:05 am #662013Coileds are small. They can tuck in anywhere.

February 7, 2008 at 12:52 am #662015Fan of the MAMAS but the males dont grab me as much. HOWEVER, if she made the MAMA in pink and a MALE in silver, Id grab them as mates and hang a sign over their display saying, “The 80s Rule!”
Some of you are too young to know what the heck Im talking about (color scheme) but those of you 30 somethings get it π

I’m 41 graduated in 84 and don’t get it???February 7, 2008 at 3:38 am #662017Yep, I’m lost. (42, graduated in 83)
February 7, 2008 at 3:52 am #662018I’m nearly 30 and clueless, but my 1991 yearbook from junior high was pepto-bismal pink and silver-gray colored. I never did understand the color choice that year since the school colors were goldenrod yellow and royal blue.

‘Xactly. π

That said, I love any of the coiled mamas and those are the only COILEDS Im actively seeking. I have a couple males, but I like the mamas more (which is ironic for me since overall through out windstone, Ive favored the male castings). π
I totally agree with PT on this! Pink would look just wonderful on that sculpt. Pink with that gold egg is a great combination. If I can’t get a Lap in pink, I sure do hope for a coiled mum!

February 8, 2008 at 11:52 pm #662022I like their small size too. I’ve never seen a coiled female in person, but I loooooove my coiled peacock male. I’d love to get him in the red fire. The momma I’d love in just about any color, just to have one! lol. π

Those are m school colors too, and in 1991 ours was white with this horrible light green and pink???? And they used purple and white as the color for the grad jackets too.
