What do you guys use to sign your felt pads?

I have been using an ultra fine sharpie marker, but I find it has a tendency to pull the felt a bit. Do you use a ball point? An ink-based or gel-based pen? Something entirely different? Whatever is handy? LOL.

I was just wondering if anyone has any preferences (and why). 🙂

I use an ultra fine tip sharpie as well. I use it because sharpies write on just about anything relatively easily.

Ditto on the sharpie from me to. I have the same issue with the felt pulling as well. Ballpoint pen ink doesn’t seem to absorb as well as sharpie ink. Gel pens do go on okay, but aren’t very permanent, take a while to dry completely and also can smear if it gets wet.

I use Gel pens, They seem to work the best without me having to go over the signature over and over and pulling at the felt. If it’s a Keeper or something big I sometimes go for a sharpie

              Got a busted Windstone?

Melody & co all sign with sharpies, of different widths depending on the size of the pad.
