Aw i think the PYO’s are beautiful white, mine is staying white 😀 He likes being white 🙄

I’d paint him white then. He’ll be more protected against wetness and dust. But that’s just me. 🙂

You need to at least seal him with a clear coat. I imagine that even just oil from your hands could damage him over time….

The whole idea of having him was so i could have him as he was. 😀 I just love him white i wouldn’t want to ruin him by doing anything to him at all.

These are just suggestions. Don’t worry about it. Do with him as you please! 🙂

Thanks so much!!!I had wondered how they did that (wanders off with airbrush in hand, evil chuckle)

Hey, I finally have a photo of my meagre collection! Taken on my new (cheap) painting table for my ‘studio’ space. 😉

My peacock male is pretty beaten up (my mother dropped a glass planter shelf plus giant plant on his head/wings >_<), and the oriental is a little dinged and flea-bitten, and—well, actually, they're all damaged to some degree now that I think of it (except the hatchling, he's flawless). The flap cat is my only 'recent' acquisition from an antiques shop. The rest were gifts I or others gave to people (the male and oriental–but no longer wanted by the recipient -_-) or gifts given to me.

I also have one each of all the PYOs, still unpainted, and one painted PYO from SPark, which I now have photos of as well (I’ll give them to her and let her post about it on the forum and/or in her gallery since it’s her artwork ;).

Thanks. ^_^ I love my little collection.

Ohhh, nice! I’m a little jelous I’ve been thinking of getting a black male uni myself. 🙂

While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!

Yeah, I have wanted the black uni as well ever sense I bought the black peg family. It is nice to see a pic of the uni so I know how big it was.

Yeah I loved the idea of black unicorns when I got him as a Grade 8 graduation present. He’s one of my favourites. I saw one at a pawn shop in town for $125 CAD more recently (and the black baby uni for the same price 0_0 ). I really wanted the baby, but there was no way I was paying that much for a second-hand, slightly ding-ed Windstone. I had bills (as usual) to pay. ;P

I’m LOVING the look of that gold emperor on the first page though too. He’s gorgeous! And it’s not even my favourite sculpt, really.

                Nice little collection, DD.
