Awesome cabinet! I think I need one that size too as mine are smaller and filled up quickly. I am sure yours will fill up quickly as well in time!
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
February 1, 2015 at 5:00 pm #924919That cabinet is drool-worthy… AND you have an amazing-face (intergalactic kirin). Be proud! 😉
By the way, I have a piece of selenite similar to that one that you have. Aren’t they great?
I think I’ll post my collection when the Quest 18 prize comes, whatever that is. And maybe after the pebble wolves…

February 1, 2015 at 5:17 pm #924921Betrluk1, what a beautiful Windstone collection you have! Also, love your rock collection. I need to get a bigger curio like the size you have, but I’ve done some mingling of my Windstone’s with my rock collection to make a more natural setting.
February 1, 2015 at 5:21 pm #924924Ok, got the curio cabinet and i cant stop drooling. I feel like the luckiest girl alive. I have never had a chance to see my entire collection in one place. These are jsut some quick photos i took. i just put the statues in at random so there will be some fiddling. but man, i am in love. i want to marry my curio. i think i have a problem hahahaha. Anyways my final goal will be to find a way to mix my minerals in with the statues do that they accent each other. the good nes is. the cabinet is so large i actually have 3 shelves worth of space for when my collection gets bigger. le sigh.
Awesome cabinet and collection. Congratulations, you have some really nice pieces! 🙂 The cabinet itself is very nice, too.
One little caveat, though. You might want to reconsider the weight distribution on the shelves. You have a lot of big pieces on one shelf and there have been some horror stories on the forum (check the repair threads) of shelves giving way with disasterous results.
Life is beautiful.
February 1, 2015 at 5:25 pm #924926ah, good point. thank you for the tip on weight distribution. i was thinking teh bigger guys might be going to the bottom shelf and then start playing with mixing my minerals in with the smaller statues.

You’re welcome. That sounds like a good plan.

February 1, 2015 at 8:30 pm #924939I just had time to fully digest this new thread and now that I’ve wiped the drool from my chin I can comment. 😉 Everyone has such wonderful collections! Just amazing piece after amazing piece…I love it!
What I especially love is seeing how everyone’s collections have grown and changed. It reaffirms my conviction that Windstones are addicting, and makes me feel better about my ever-expanding collection. 😉
Congratulations, everyone! I may post some pictures some time, but you all have seen my stuff so much I’m sure you’re sick of it. I do have something new coming, though…..
Also, if anyone is interested I can photo the Blue Morpho family almost entire. I don’t know if anyone has shown a “family” pic….
February 1, 2015 at 8:58 pm #924941yes pleas on the blue morpho family. i bet they look fantastic!
February 1, 2015 at 9:28 pm #924942Ooh, I’d love to see the whole family together.
Looking for-
red fire young dragon
old animal line frog, wolf, barn owl, tortoise, tiger cubFebruary 2, 2015 at 4:10 pm #924961Gorgeous cabinet! But glass shelves give me the screaming heebie-jeebies. Would definitely recommend any kind of bracing the other forum members in the know would suggest. I don’t have any personal horror stories, but my mom had a beautiful collection of antique teacups and teapots and the glass shelves in her cabinet snapped. Shattered almost her entire collection. She was hysterical upset about it and my dad didn’t show the slightest bit of sympathy (thought she was acting crazy). One of the moments I’ve really wanted to punch him.

February 2, 2015 at 10:22 pm #924983The newest addition to the collection – an original frog sculpt. He has a few battle scars but overall is in good shape for being 30 years old. 🙂
I was really surprised by how different he is from the frog wizard.
February 3, 2015 at 4:08 am #924998Congrats Syn on the frog! I tried for him. 😉 Glad he’s in the family. Thanks for posting pictures. He’s really cool!
February 5, 2015 at 8:34 pm #925131This bad boy came today….and I am super impressed. I feel bad for Melody that I “stole” him from her….but I wouldn’t have been able to give him a home right now otherwise so I feel really fortunate also. It’s a weird mix of feelings. Anyway, check out how detailed his wings are! And, man, there is so much iridescence on him it is phenomenal. That purple shines like on the old browns…..
Then, since I was rearranging….I couldn’t resist. Apparently I have an addiction to these guys. I had seven at one point…..sigh….now I’m back up to five….and lots of times I really miss the three I sold….
