That angers me! 😡 It’s not like Danny decided one day to have this infection just to cause the Rite Aid a butt-load of money. If it were his choice, there wouldn’t be any of this happening!

Huh, I’ve never heard of that happening before. The pharmacy that’s in the store I work at will go out and buy the medicine from one of the closer pharmacies if they need to.

But, my dad’s medicine was very very expensive. I think the doctor had to put it on order through the pharmacy a week before the refill. He didn’t have insurance at the time so the doctor also had to convince the government to help pay for it. It’s probably the only reason my dad is still around.

I’d take it to the MEDIA PRONTO!!!!!
Then take the Script to CVS to get filled!!
If you do and have a problem at CVS you can let me know and I could try and do something on the inside since I work there as my 2nd job now

This is completely nuts! One of my meds, Lovenox, is really, really expensive – it’s $2000.00 for 28 syringes. No, that’s not a typo. When I dropped off the Rx the first time the pharmacy did call me to give me a heads up on the cost – but just to let me know because I had to pay it and then get reimbursed. But they never refused to order it. I would definitely report the pharmacy – delaying Danny’s treatment is unforgivable. The doctor, at the very least, should get involved and ream out the pharmacist.
