September 2024 Free Windstone Raffle – ends Oct. 1

The September Windstone Raffle has been announced!

The following information about the September Windstone Raffle was posted on the “Windstone Editions” Facebook page.

NOTE – This post includes information for one way to enter the raffle. People who are subscribed to the Windstone Newsletters may receive an email with different text and a “button” that lets them enter the raffle.

This Raffle is one entry per person.

QUOTING THE INFORMATION FROM FACEBOOK, which includes some items relating to past problems with Raffles that were posted on Facebook:

The raffle prize this month is a mismatched patchwork dragon. He’s painted in crazy colors, because why not? He has light blue eyes and a matching blue jewel. Like most of our raffle pieces, he’s a rescue, but only needed a little bit of fixing. He’s fine now. 🌟

How to Enter:
📧 Email: Send an email to reptangle2@gmail.com with “September 2024 Raffle” as the subject.
📜 Include your Windstone forum username, real name, and address. No username? Register on our website.

I have a question – I live in Quebec, Canada. I saw a post on Facebook a while back about how a ‘free to win’ Windstone wasn’t going to be available for Quebec because of Quebec’s horrible laws about winning things.

Should I even bother to reply to the Raffle emails? I’m confused on whether it’s even legal for Windstone to send me a raffle prize – I don’t want to keep sending in emails if I’m not legally allowed to.

I also saw the “no Quebec” information on some of the earlier Raffles. It no longer is included, but I don’t know whether that is an oversight.
