On the white secret keeper auction it is mentioned how they will eventually be put into prodcution so I wanted to ask how that is coming along? Are you still having problems doing a hollow core?
Another question, it mentions that there are only a few of the white SKs that will be going on ebay I was wondering how many that might be?
While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!

I was thinking of auctioning three. This color isn’t a limited edition however, so we have the option of making more, and maybe making them in limited production at a set price in the future. That would be the hollow core version though. We can’t cast many of these solid ones. We have only about ten castings now that I can paint.
We haven’t been successful with the hollow core methods we have tried so far, but we haven’t tried my method yet. If that doesn’t work, then the likelihood of production Secret Keepers looks dim.January 25, 2007 at 9:10 pm #532331Melody wrote:Keplilly wrote:On the white secret keeper auction it is mentioned how they will eventually be put into prodcution so I wanted to ask how that is coming along? January 25, 2007 at 9:18 pm #532332If you can’t hollow it, someone (I forget who) had asked if you could sell it direct from Windstone with a provision saying the buyer would have to wait 6-8 weeks before receiving it, to allow for drying time. Is that an option?
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

not sure if that is practical….but I’d be willing to wait…but I bet it would be a longer wait than that
January 25, 2007 at 9:23 pm #532334I’d wait longer. Heck, it’s already been more than a year since I first saw a Secret Keeper. I’ve been waiting this long. If I knew for sure I was getting one, I could wait longer.
January 25, 2007 at 9:27 pm #532335I just want to get one! One in every pose! She is one that I am lacking. I really do wonder what colors will end up on this big girl.

me too as long as I knew I was getting my white one…I’d certainly wait…
but I think Melody said something about the molds splitting on the solid cast ones…
but I hope the hollowing out method works….
January 25, 2007 at 9:45 pm #532337I also seem to remember her talking about how long they take to dry and not having the storage space for them. If to hollow idea works then they should dry faster and make them easier to make. I just hope it does not jeopardize the strenght of the sculpture
January 25, 2007 at 10:16 pm #532338I would also be willing to wait however long it took to get a solid one if that’s what it took to get a SK.
