Over the weekend I won Melissa Ethridge and Rhiana tickets by being entry 101 on the website AND in Monday i won Rihana tickets by being caller #20
I found out today you can only win once every 60 days so I decided to see Melissa instead
If I won the Rihana world tour tickets the show in Canada is July 5th I think they told me and I do not have a passport at this time and don’t think I have tome to get one by then
If I win the Melissa world Tour she is playing again in Palm Springs so no passport needed AND I can drive there
I LOVE her music anyway

I need to get a passport though

well due to a proir committment I have to go to the Rihana concert and see what happens in the world tour drawing
the other problem here is if I win that it’s July 6th which that whole week is closed at ork and I’m not sure I could get a Passport in time if I win but I can try!!

My sister just got passports for her whole family and they came in 3 weeks so you might have time. Good luck.

How do you get one??

You can apply at some post offices. But you do need a picture and info on your parents – date of birth and death and where they were born. My sister had to call and ask me about that info – if you don’t know exactly where they were born she was told just to fill in the state. Some pharmacies will take passport photos – does the one you work for take them?

Yeppers I’m going to wait around tomorrow until our first photo person gets in and get one taken and then go to the post office here in San Ramon and HOPE they can help me get one
I’m not sure about my mom’s place of birth and have no way to get that info about the person I called Dad for 20 years, he is still living and I know she passed away in Fremont CA. I wonder if my aunt would know that info? I will give her a call and see
I was adopted though so those facts are not directly related to me so I wonder if that makes a difference??

I found out from my aunt my mom was born in San Mateo CA so I know birth dates and my mom’s date of passing but don’t know dad’s place of birth

OK I did not win the Rihana Canada trip to Calgery BUT because if the chance I got a passport and got it in the mail yesterday!
I hope to get out of this debt spiral and get to travel some soon
