Ren Faire!

Hi all. I haven’t been around in a while, so I thought I’d check in. I’ve been getting ready to go to a big Renaissance Faire, and I wanted to share my costume with you all. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m pretty happy with it so far.

Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire. The theme for the weekend that we’re going is Mystical Realms. Going with my best friend, and it’s her birthday!

This is my biggest concern about going. I hope you had fun there!

It’s always fun to get out and do something different… but I’m always happy to leave lol I am not made to be under the sun or in warm weather.
It was hot last year as well. I’m not sure why they insist on holding it in the summer months… last year we saw someone go down from heatstroke.

Hopefully the weather will cool down a bit on the day you’re there!
