I’m actually not 100% sure if he’s the new brown or the old! He’s very bright colored, but he has no felt pad, just a stamp on the bottom.
Anyhow, he had three chips, several paint rubs, and a bunch of spots where the chips and other paint rubs had been touched up with huge blobs of HORRIBLE paint that didn’t match at all, so I ended up not just touching up spots, I repainted several large chunks of his tail. It was a pain! I also refreshed all of his gold detailing, as it was oxidized and funky looking.
On very close inspection you can tell he’s not mint, but unless you look close, no flaws are visible.

Somebody make me an offer. I haven’t seen a brown male on ebay for a while, so I’m not really sure what they’re going for right now.

February 13, 2007 at 5:22 am #538871Aww, thanks!
February 13, 2007 at 5:52 am #538872You did another great job of patching up a dragon, SPark. He looks good as new.

February 13, 2007 at 10:12 pm #538875Mwa ha ha ha!
If I don’t get a good offer in the next day or so, he’s probably going on ebay, I think.
February 14, 2007 at 2:20 am #538876Wow, he looks great! Hmmm, I don’t have one of them yet…but I have no idea on the worth.
While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!
February 14, 2007 at 9:18 am #538877You did do a great job, SPark. I would Def put in a bid on Ebay. Im trying not to trade…. I want to be stingy 😈
February 14, 2007 at 2:42 pm #538878He looks really nice, SPark. Good job!
February 14, 2007 at 2:43 pm #538879How much do you hope to get for him? He is really pretty.
February 14, 2007 at 3:19 pm #538880I’ve always wanted a male, and the browns have always been my favorite, though I don’t own any… how much are you hoping for? =)
February 14, 2007 at 10:26 pm #538881I have a hard time setting prices! I mean… the mint one on ebay now is $200+ which is obviously pretty ridiculous. And he’s not mint… but he’s almost perfect… dunno, I’d like to get $100, but I don’t know if that’s fair.
Maybe I should just stick him on ebay and let whoever wants him fight it out.
February 14, 2007 at 10:39 pm #538882Put him on Ebay. You will get a fair amount and you won’t feel bad if you think you charged too much!
