I was surprised you were going to paint the body gold. It does look good tho. Are you gonna put more black on it?

Yea.. I put black on first and then pained gold over it but I think it’s a little too much gold so I am thinking about antiquign it with black and then I am going to paint the larger scales red and black…

It looks better. What if you brushed the scales with gold after you antiqued it. I think it might lookk better.

lol.. I totally didn’t notice that before… there is a thin layer of gold paint on the eye but I think that is a reflection…
