some people out there are VERY devious
September 18, 2007 at 2:01 am #617618😯 Wowee… I wondered if the prices would go down a bit now that the sculpt was in production again. Guess not. 😆
September 18, 2007 at 2:13 am #617619I admit it! It is ME! But I am NOT WINNING! UGH! I went to $450 and at that point decided either someone has way more money or they are more obsessed than I am. Or they are shilling…that did occur to me..
This is the last coiled/curled for my collection, but I got a Hatching White Kinglet for way less…so, I will wait til she comes back up again.
I would have paid $450, but I am not going higher, I can buy a couple OW for $500…
September 18, 2007 at 2:13 am #617620Most people dont know she is back in production, and the emps have never gone out of production and look at what they can sell for, I paid 200 for my coiled mother.
September 18, 2007 at 2:23 am #617621😆 Kaya! Well, I’m sure you can get her cheaper. If they are shilling this’ll totally serve them right, though. What happens then, the “winner” sells it? 🙄 (And it goes for hundreds less! Karma!)

Yeah, but it was hard…I am as curious as a cat. I really was trying to find out what the highest bid was….hehehe
That is how I ended up with my BEP OW…I was curious how much…and ended up with the highest bid…:) 8) I wasn’t disappointed…I love him, but I didn’t get the cheapest one for sure.
I hope they are shilling….that would make me feel better….the seller seems nice though…
September 18, 2007 at 2:43 am #617623If you were the one bumping up the price, then chances are they aren’t shilling, right? Wouldn’t seem to make sense to have a high bid right off the bat that was just to see how high you could get others to go…
Hey, and in that case why not have a reserve? Does it really cost that much to have a reserve?September 18, 2007 at 2:58 am #617624boskydragon wrote:If you were the one bumping up the price, then chances are they aren’t shilling, right? Hey, and in that case why not have a reserve? Does it really cost that much to have a reserve?I must have gotten close to their high price, because now the top bidder has two bids in a row. So no shilling, I think the person is really willing to pay that price or more…I hate to wonder what they upped it to….
Should I find out 😈 😈 😈 ?

It also depends on how much you are willing to pay in case you do out bid them and are stuck with the very high price tag
I hope you find one eventually. I know what it is like to only have one left for your collectionSeptember 18, 2007 at 4:15 am #617627Dragon Master wrote:Megani-chan wrote:keschete wrote:Should I find out 😈 😈 😈 ?

September 18, 2007 at 4:41 am #617628I saw the $455 yesterday and stared. That’s a monstrous sum for something the size of your palm. Like Kaya said, you could get a couple big OWs for that!
September 18, 2007 at 4:53 am #617629So, is she like the rarest coiled mom or something? What do the other colors run? I’m new to this game and I’m curious too 😀
September 18, 2007 at 4:56 am #617630I think the rarest might be the white one. They usually run from $200 to $300. I’m glad I got mine awhile ago. Wow!
September 18, 2007 at 4:58 am #617631She’s not really the rarest. Peacocks pop up the most and sell for $200 to $300. Emeralds sell for less than that. The whites are the rarest and fetch around the same as the peacocks, because the color is less popular, I guess.
