I was wandering around the property, and came across a dead tree teeming with life. Immediately, my thoughts turned to the world Melody created, and what it would look like if it wasn’t hand drawn.  I’ll never admit to how long I looked for flora that might resemble something out of the Reptangle, but it was fun letting my imagination kick around for a bit 🙂

Have you ever come across a particular part of the woods, or even your back yard, that made you think “I bet fairies live here” lol!! Take some pics – post’em here!!

Suzanne-Marie – thanks 🙂 the first few were taken at the back of our property (Georgian Bluffs, Ontario, Canada) and the last three were from our family cottage way up in the north…well, what would be “North” for most of you I guess. Foleyet, Ontario.

          great pics Bodine!! 😀

Fantastic! Yes,  I get my inspiration from this stuff. The variety  of fungus and mold and lichen and moss and other crud that grows around here is incredible

Thanks.  It seems to be there one minute and gone the next.   Just like magical fairy mounds.

My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.

Very pretty!  Some crinums are supposed to be hardy in Zone 7 (my zone) but the ones I planted didn’t do anything.
