They probably made his horn grow together . I remember when a circus did that . I hated it . Felt sorry for the goat .

It’s cute as long as it’s photoshopped or a “strap on” horn.
People actually do that to goats, they have one of the horn buds removed when the kid is young and move the other one around to grow in the center. I don’t think goats like having surgery :((

I’ve always thought taxidermy was really interesting, but I totally get why people don’t like it, heh. It is kind of creepy!
