Good! I’m guessing he had a bad day and looked back at what he said and went “wow….I was an ass.” OR, someone else came across it and told him so. Regardless, I’m glad he apologized, and that you will get a discount.
Despite that the holidays are suppose to be “good will” and all that bull, you’ll notice many people act the total opposite during this time of the year.
It’s interesting that he started being nice… but as long as you get the fur, I guess that’s all that matters in the end. Perhaps that’s why it’s not on the page anymore? I don’t like naruto, but I knew the fox was orange and seeing no orange on that page made me wonder where it went.

I’m glad you got an apology–it was certainly due! Unfortunately, not too many care how they treat customers–even in this economy where money is tight for everyone. Guess reality hit and either he or someone else realized that wasn’t good customer relations. Glad this will have a good ending for you and can’t wait to see the character! 🙂
I know right! This time of year getting an apology seems a hard gift to receive but as last I will have my fur for my costume! Hazahh!
