Weaver of Dreams

I once had a dream of strange flying things.
There were colors of many with odd horns and with wings.
I gazed in amazement with my heart all aflutter
and wondered if I could have me a cute clutter
of such incredible critters from the mind of the creator
I realized that never could there be one more greater
to be oh so generous and give us all chances
and laugh as we wiggle with ants in our pantses
as we watch and we wait with our tongues all awaggin’
wondering if this month’s raffle’s a dragon.
Or maybe a wonderful Grand Unicorn
with his mighty full stance and long pointy horn.
It could be a Male Pegasus I wish I could ride
to stand by the side
of the Mother with pride.
Some wish for unicorns,dragons or poads
but let’s not forget the foxes and toads.
As for my choice,it stands all alone
I wish,I wish for one of my own.
It drives us all nuts
and I’m in a rut
as I ponder which member will win this windstone
that was given with love straight from her heart
of which if I won,would never,ever part.
