I dont think I ever got any sort of notice when I bought stuff from ebay. I usually just figure 3 business days and if its longer then I get impaitent and start looking for a tracking number lol so far haven’t had to do that with Windstone
If you upload it on Paypal, Paypal sends a notice to the buyer, which is nice. Ebay, as far as I know, does not. As a seller, when I load tracking info, it doesnt even show on my sellers page, so I doubt the buyer can even see it.
Can I load a UPS number in paypal and have the buyer automatically notified? USPS numbers load automatically when the item ships and it seems buyers see that, but I have to load UPS numbers in by hand and so far it seems ebay doesn’t send any notification for those.

I believe you can upload a UPS number in paypal (might have to be done by hand). I haven’t sold/shipped anything in a while so I can’t remember for sure.
UPS does NOT give you a notification, but USPS does. I have always noticed that with all my ebay items Windstone or not.
It sucks though, cause USPS only offers confirmation, it’s not REALLY tracking. The UPS is much better, but you have to check it in your order detail page of the item you won.

Maybe add a note in the auctions letting bidders know of the situation? It’s super easy to click through on ebay to check the status but I just didn’t know that was an option.
Yeah I didn’t realize tracking was an option on eBay until I got an e-mail about it once. Now I just obsessively check for a tracking number on anything I buy. “Is it coming yet?! Is it coming yet?” 😀
