The one in the store is it hand signed by you or does it mean it has your logo?

Hand signed usually mean actual signature. Every Windstone piece has teh felt pad with the Logo as far as I know

everything around here changes VERY quickly so I could be wrong, but I think that is usually how it works

I second DM. If they’re signed, it means Melody took a pen/marker and signed the felt on the bottom. All Windstones have the logo on the felt, and “Pena ‘XX” where the XX is a year…86, 88, etc. carved into them.
Some ebay auctions, where the seller is a non forum member, or just not so informed, say “This piece is signed!” but they’re usually talking about the carving into the statue.
