    I’m sorry this has been so frustrating, PT. Vent all you want – we’ve all been there.

    Personally, I would tell her you aren’t leaving FB until you get the refund – you would be taking more of a risk than she would be. Plus, she has admitted her husband sent it incorrectly.

    Hang in there – there are honest Ebay sellers.

      Don’t let the seller get away with it! Report her to e-bay, and open a paypal dispute, if that’s the way you paid for it. She can’t alter the details of the auction after it’s closed, so if she didn’t disclose the damage, you should be able to get some money back.

        For the shipping, if she had the shipping cost posted in the auction then I dont see a big problem. If you didnt like the costs, then you should not have bid. If she charged you after and still overcharged you, then that is just wrong.

        As for the feedback, I agree. DO NOT leave her feedback. I would give her a neg and take one before I let her get away with that. You can also follow up on feedback if she gives you a neg and explain to people that it is a retaliation neg. What a bootch.
