Ok anothe newb question lol. The little curls that are around. I just love them but i can’t afford Dragonfeathers $130 gold one on ebay right now. Im guessing these are new and will come into production in time like the griffin Chicks? The ones that are around were they sold at auction from Windstone as a limited run to begin with?
Will they some out in full production?
thanks for putting up with my silly questions lol.March 25, 2007 at 9:08 pm #555580You can order them direct from the factory. They are on the direct sales page….
March 25, 2007 at 9:12 pm #555581They were released as Limited Production pieces from Windstone with the first few batches of each color as BINs. You can buy them direct from Windstone in all four colors for $60 a piece.

Same with the Gryphon chicks, you can buy the pearl ones direct from Windstone for $60.

The people purchasing them now on Ebay for higher prices just aren’t aware that they can get them way cheaper direct from Windstone.
March 25, 2007 at 9:12 pm #555582I just found them, ahh i should have looked before i asked ekkk i want them alll! i get payed on Friday i can’t wait!!!
March 25, 2007 at 9:13 pm #555583How long will they be once ordered?
March 25, 2007 at 9:15 pm #555584It probably depends on where they are shipping them to. I know that people on the east coast get them quicker than I do, and I’m in the midwest. You’ll probably have to add extra time for customs and all the fun stuff… They’ll let you know when you order. Susie and Karen are great about keeping you informed!!
March 25, 2007 at 9:17 pm #555585Also, for the gold curls, it depends on whether or not they’ve filled all the pre-orders they took a couple of weeks ago. I think they’re pretty well caught up now, but only Karen or Susie can say for sure.

Not necessarily true – when I resold my griffin chick, I specifically mentioned what Windstone sold them for originally and also said in the auction that Melody said she’d be making more at a later date. People bid my chick up to $200 with that information in mind. Some people are perfectly willing to pay extra just to get instant gratification, I think.

I’m refering to recent auctions for chicks and curls, where those items are in stock and people are not aware of Windstone selling them direct.March 26, 2007 at 5:59 am #555588Well how come I can’t find those pages by following links through windstoneeditions.com? Am I just dumb or what?
March 26, 2007 at 6:02 am #555589They’re under “direct sales”, gfiend.
