Will there ever be a Paint Your Own Flapcat? For someone like me, who has many kitties, this would be lovely because I could paint them as likenesses to all of my kitties!

PYO oriental dragon?The list goes on. Wondering about Flapcats mainly.

This is the rough clay reverse flapcat that I was (maybe) going to use as a pyo. The “master” ( which is the plaster version of the sculpture that I am carving) is nearly done, but is waiting in line for mold making with a host of other sculptures.YES I intend to do pyo cats!!
I can’t remember what -all we got waiting for molds.. but there is the Grand Pegasus sculpture that would be a good pyo because it would be a monster to try to production paint. It is pretty big though! The little pyo Pegasus sculpture was lost because of oil clay + ambient temprature in California at the time. I came home and it was a puddle of slump.Oooh, Yays! I would definitely purchase a Flapcat PYO and a Grand Uni or Peg PYO!!!

yaaaaaa!!!! pyo flapcat… then i can paint them all blues and greens and purples! as much as i love the natural colored kitties, i am dying to paint some with some fantasy colors. 😀 i already know that blue looks pretty good on one!
and a pegasus would be awesome too! that would be a lot of fun 🙂

Exactly! I want to paint one for each cat I’ve ever had! It would be so cool to have them as memorials. Ideally, I want to have a line of several different types and fur lengths to more closely resemble various cats.
Absolutely! I would do the same…Do you think they would fit on my cremation vessels that we all get back for our beloveds? maybe not, but possibly…

I will be so broke when the PYO kitties come out. O_o I wouldn’t dare try to paint them myself, but I’d have to commission one of all my cats O_o Of course I don’t have one solid black cat in the bunch, *I* could have done it then! 😆 *counts* I can think of at least 9 I’d need right off the bat-3 of them long haired!
