September 19, 2007 at 7:47 pm #618110I hope Purpledoggy, hubby and baby are all OK but it is very worrisome that we haven’t heard from her usually she finds a minute to keep us posted on how things are going for her.
September 19, 2007 at 7:59 pm #618111I also hope that she and everything is ok.
September 19, 2007 at 8:17 pm #618112I know it has only been since Friday, but I’m worried, too.
September 19, 2007 at 8:33 pm #618113I’ve sent her an email, but I haven’t heard back yet. I really hope everything is okay.

Yeah… 🙁
September 19, 2007 at 8:37 pm #618115I’m soooo sorry for not getting to update. I’ve been back and forth from work and the hospital. I usually have time to post while I’m at work but we have had so many calls that when I try to post something I have to stop in the middle of it which I hope doesn’t happen here too. Hubby is doing fine, they said his kidneys are doing better and his lungs are good. He will be in the hospital at least till next week. He is having issues with anxiet to the point that he will not let me leave his room, insists I spend the night every night I can, and will not get out of bed to go for walks which he needs to do. I tried being nice about it but now I’ve put my female dog face on. If he doesn’t get up and walk he will never come home and I can’t care for him in the condition he is in now. I haven’t had time to myself at all and he needs to realize I can’t keep up this pace he wants me to do. Again sorry for not posting I feel bad that so many of you worried about me 😳

*very much relieved* Oh, that’s awesome! …well, not that you are being run ragged, but that both you and your hubby are doing okay. Thanks for taking the time to check back in 😀 and by all means give him the nudge he needs to get out of bed… he will thank you for it later!
September 19, 2007 at 8:46 pm #618117Don’t feel bad, we are just worry warts! Glad to hear you guys are ok. I hope your work lets up and poke your hubby and get him out of that bed! 🙂
September 19, 2007 at 8:48 pm #618118Glad you’re good. Of course we worry, we’re a family. A slightly disfunctional one but still a family.
September 19, 2007 at 8:48 pm #618119I kid you not its been so ruff these past couple of days. Since he went in the hospital I’ve been taking care of his pet rats and the other day when I went to check on them before leaving for the hospital I found one of them had died. She was old and I knew she wouldn’t be around forever but I was so upset about it. My husband insists I spend every night with him in the hospital and his anxiety has gotten so bad I can’t handle it. He has panic attacks and starts to hyperventilate and I can’t get him to stop. He has never been like this before and its keeping him from doing what he needs to do to be able to get out of the hospital. I was going to try and get some sleep at home after I get off of work in the morning but one of the transplant nurses wants me to be at the hospital in the morning so she can give me some training /ugh. I think I’ve had 8 hours of sleep in the past 3 days.
September 19, 2007 at 8:50 pm #618120Poor you and poor hubby. I can’t imagine what the two of you are going through. Sending good thoughts your way…
September 19, 2007 at 8:51 pm #618121You poor thing. Try to get some rest, it won’t be good if you land in the hospital too. *hugs*
September 19, 2007 at 8:58 pm #618122Definately try and rest up. That is too bad about the rat, but it is really good that you guys are doing good. And make hubby get up and walk…you wouldn’t want him to get another blood clot in the hospital..
