Twindragonsmum, one thing that really helped me was KoishiiKitty’s painting tutorial. I was having a terrible time learning how to layer paint and kept losing details of the carving because I was caking on too much paint . . . and still not getting the colors I wanted! 🙄 Koishii’s tutorial showed a different approach to the one I had been using; I tried it, and discovered that it worked a lot better for me. Maybe it might be useful to you too?

I just finished these guys, they’re not change of season dragons though. I havent decided yet what I’m gonna call them, but they came out really nice. They remind me of candies… 😀 They’re up for offers and Im needing $120 apiece or if someone is interested in both I’ll let them go for 220. 😀
