Those stairs *ARE* beautiful, in a simplistic kind of way. Actually, more than beautiful, they are gorgeous 😮 I can relate to you though-my dad was a builder (now he’s management) and for all the huge and beautiful houses he and his company built….well we dont live in a million dollar house 😉 A stupidly nice one once…for about 2 years. But thats a different story 😀 I’m sure if he needed some extra cash, some members here might want windstone shelves built 😉 or display cases. Maybe a small shelf to hold curlies and fledges-that could be shipped 🙂
Bodine, would you please send your hubby my direction (Idaho)? I have a 53 foot banister that is in desperate need of stabilization and we cannot find a craftsman out here who is willing to take on the project… Your hubby’s work is exquisite!

What a sweet idea,tan you.I will pass it on to him. If anyone has any idas or designs they might like,do give them to me.They can’t be too large because of shipping charges.This flattery will make him blush,really 😀 He is a sub-contractor not the big man.

I would so love to go to Idaho.I have a couple of friends real close up there that I would love to pop up on their doorstep,but alas,it will probably never happen 🙁
There are quite a lot of craftsman here but not all are maticulous about what they do.They are,they care about the home and their work.They take pride in it.They have built a house that stretched out over the water.It is gorgeous but a hurricane will take it one day.Franklin L.Wright might have been impressed with that house.Jeff plans to build us an “Ishi” style home to retire in before we get to retirement age 😀 They are his favorite and I want the outside closed garden,baboo,Koi pond,etc.One day 😀Every act matters.No matter how small💞

Master procrastinator…I live with 2 of those…Over time, it rubs off some, and you begin to get tired of doing everything and just leave it sit, until its bad enough you don’t want to even look at it anymore. Who ends up doing it anyway? You do. Eh…hem…LOL Sorry, just gearing myself up for the next 2 weeks of cleaning up after the guys. 🙄 😈I hear you,procrastination is my husband’s only fault so I’m really not complaining,maybe I should when I look at my house. 😀

hahahahEnjoy from afar as we all do for one piece or another 😀 Thank you,and I like either way,I guess I better leave it up to him because together they take up quite a bit of space.I also move things around bit 😳
