Yeah, I have been thinking the same thing… I ordered one too, but I would have preferred seeing a picture before spending the money. XD Ah well. I’m sure we won’t be disappointed. 🙂

The e-mail I got from Windstone said that the black gold curls won’t be limited production, so does that mean we will be seeing them in stores soon? I also wonder if the the curls released after this will be production as well.

Yes, I did get an e-mail, but it just said that the Black Gold Curls would not be signed, no COA, and that they are not limited production. So I assumed that they would be regular production, but they didn’t come out and say it. Just speculating for the future. I noticed from the invoice that they seemed cheaper than the other curls, if I remember correctly.

Yep they are $50 as they don’t come with a cert and are not signed etc like you said.

There was no email announcing that the chicks and curls were available, just an announcement on the forum. After I placed my order, Susie sent me an email telling me that the black/gold curls were not limited production.

Oh, I see where the confusion is. Sorry Basilisk, I forgot about Windstone notification e-mails that are sent to the group list. Like Starbreeze the e-mail I got was only after I placed my order and it was from Susie.

Now I get it – I got the same e-mail. 😀 My order is paid for.
It’s just a bummer Windstone doesn’t want to value the pieces at production cost. This order comes to $245 – that’ll be another $20 or so in fees.
Okay, I can stomach that – but I’m think about the ALSK, value $1500. That’ll be $255 in fees! 😥
