Does say it has very minute damage so it isnt mint but there is a BIN. Im also not positive if it IS Jade but it looks it to me. I know several of you are looking for one here, so you would know best.
As a side note: has anyone noticed the rash of ppl on eBay accidentally calling their green Windstone dragons, peacocks? LOL- whats up with that. This seller has called the green scratcher a peacock and the sweet seller (she is sweet) has her emerald coiled mom and emerald kinglet described in title and description as peacock (she has corrected her description of the kinglet though). Just a weird glitch Ive noticed in the past couple days 😀

I have noticed emeralds being called rainbows or greens, along with BG’s… there is a peacock young dragon being called a Rainbow there too… lol
November 16, 2007 at 5:28 am #637216Looks Jade to me
November 16, 2007 at 5:30 am #637217I can understand peas being called rainbows, but emeralds or anything green being called peacock or purple is confusing to me… especially when there are so many examples of both listed in auction! If I were a confused seller, Id at least call it green instead of peacock. And, if I were using the term peacock, it should say I know something about Windstone coloring terminology.
That BIN JUST went away now! Just now!
November 16, 2007 at 5:33 am #637218yeah someone put a bid and now it’s gonna go for more than the BIN some people are so silly
November 16, 2007 at 5:36 am #637219oh freekin sheesh in regards to the bid going up over the BIN!!! i am sure there a few peeps who would have nabbed him for that. aww too bad! we’ll see it goes for… rarity vs. dust and a couple nicks. this will be interesting!
November 16, 2007 at 5:44 am #637220Yea, I know! The BIN was what, $250 I think. Im assuming that the bidder saw that price, didnt realize what s/he was looking at and of course, bid lower. Well, theyll see when it does go above the BIN price and theyll kick themselves later… though they might not know what they are missing out on to begin with.
I dont think that damage is so bad- especially for a Jade Scratcher. If I only got mint pieces and I was in the market for a Jade Scratcher, Id still take this one. Ha! I actually would like one big dragon in my collection, but I dont know which one Id want! But one big piece (to me an OW or Lap is big) would be nice to have. I just dont have the money right now.
Now of course, I LOVE SK’s- but that is such a dream! Never, nope, no way- I know!
November 16, 2007 at 6:02 am #637221That does look jade. I wonder what it’ll go for.
November 16, 2007 at 9:54 am #637222Yup, it’s definitely a jade – and it looks like it would fix up really easily. Good luck to whoever’s going for it!! 😀
I wish we’d see more jade hatching empresses ;_;

I’m not so certain that it will go past $250.00 (or much past it). Generally, pieces have been going for dirt cheap on Ebay lately. At least, I don’t think it would have, but now that a whole post is dedicated to the piece, that could increase interest and the price might skyrocket. Good luck to those trying for it!
November 16, 2007 at 4:20 pm #637224Yeah, too bad. I would have grabbed it for the BIN price. It’s probably going to go too high now.
November 18, 2007 at 9:13 am #637225It *IS* a true Jade by the way…
