No question, just a short story.
My Mom came for a visit today and saw my new display of Windstones. She liked all of them, but just stood staring at the poads™. She asked what they were and enjoyed hearing their little story. She said that they were cute and so well done, she would swear they were looking at her. I just thought it was pretty cool that my almost 80 year old Mom is a poad™ fan, too. 😀 I’m thinking of buying her one for her 80th B-day. 😉

My mother doesn’t have the money for Windstones right now, even though she loves them, so I’m buying them for her! Buy her one, buy her one, buy her one! 😆
April 16, 2008 at 11:57 pm #690455I agree that you should get her one for her b-day.

She’s thought that about me for years… 😆
April 17, 2008 at 8:27 pm #690462I think we’re all kinda nuts!!! 😆
April 17, 2008 at 8:29 pm #690463I think “nuts” is a relative term. What is the basis for comparison, I’d like to know? Maybe those that call us nuts are the crazy ones! 😆

Well, at least us crazies are having fun. XD
April 17, 2008 at 8:38 pm #690465Yeah, sane people are so boring. 😉 😆
April 20, 2008 at 3:48 am #690466I say for sure to get mom a BDay Poad™! You already know she likes them. As for discussing them- out of all the Windstones in my house, the Poads™ are always the eventual conversational pieces and topics to talk about longer than anything else. They have caught everyone’s eye and everyone has liked them. Some even ask where they can get one so I give them the store web addy. They get bummed when they see some are sold out but I assure them more are on the way!
