I am so, so sorry. It really hits home. I just had a protracted argument about vaccinations with some people that are totally against them in any way, shape or form. Maybe it wouldn’t have helped. And it wasn’t available for her yet, anyway. But maybe it would have and maybe such a young, beautiful woman would still be here. I am still up in the air about getting a vaccination for H1N1, but I have decided to get regular flu shots (I got one for the first time 2 years ago). Even if I don’t ever catch the flu when I don’t get the shot, I might be protecting someone else by not passing it on if I do get one.
