Hello friends! We keep noticing errors in shipping addresses. We are working to improve the area of our shopping cart where the shipping address goes, to make it easier to read and understand the fields, however you can make sure that your address on the order you just placed is correct by re-reading it from that confirmation email you receive from us after you place an order. The subject line looks like this : ” Subject: [Windstone Editions]: New order #12345″ Make it a habit to open this email, scroll all the way down to the bottom of it to see your Billing and Shipping addresses. Check them for errors, we want your package to reach you! Look for wrong states and zip codes! Missing apartment numbers! Anything weird that may have happened while filling in the address fields. To tell us about an error, while you have the email message open, just click “reply” to send me a message at service@windstoneeditions.com

If you place an order and do not receive this “New Order” confirmation email, it means that you may have an error in your email address on your Windstone account or made one while ordering as a guest. We can help you with that too! service@windstoneeditions.com reaches me! -Susie, Windstone Customer Service

The confirmation emails that I get are titled “Your Windstone Editions order has been received!”

I also get one with the title “[Windstone Editions] Invoice 3****1 for order 169***7 from [date the item was ordered]” (the numbers are all there on the actual message).

Both of these messages include the billing and shipping addresses.

Thank you Etruscan! Maybe the ones that show up on my end say “new order” ! At any rate – some sort of confirmation is sent to the customer to confirm our receipt of the order and if you scroll all the way down (I don’t know how it looks on a phone) you can see the billing and shipping addresses. The most important one is the shipping address!
