Start with a good red sauce, standard ragu will work fine but you’ll need to add some more seasonings (basil, oregano or just an italy mix) and some water for a good soup base. Then add sliced pepperonis, sausage, peppers, onions…whatever pizza stuff you like. We like super chunky with just about every topping you could think of. After putting into bowls for serving (bread bowls if you have’m) cover the top of your soup with shredded cheese and allow to melt. Then eat! Yum! 😀
