She was filthy, malnourished and in miserable shape when we rescued her…and way too weak for a bath. After about two weeks of intensive care, she was strong enough I thought she’d be able to handle a warm bath. I was astounded at how much dirt came off such a teeny kitten! She did complain a bit about the bath however. 😀 We dont normally bath our cats in water, they do a good enough job themselves…but Maya was a special case, being so young and too weak initially to clean herself.
Awww, poor little thing! 🙁 *Hugs Maya* I’m so glad she is with loving people now. Rescue kitties are so special!
Does she really have a heart shape on her nose like in the photo or was that soap? I thought that was adorable! 😀
