I understand the wanting to be private thing – I hope she gets better, whatever her mysterious malady happens to be…
I wouldn’t try and get more information, if she wanted us to know she would have had someone tell us. I just hope she feels better soon and doesn’t have to spend too long in the hospital.

i wouldnt worry about giving out details, its her choise ; and not our business to peck into her privacy . When you are sick the last thing you feel like is explaining anything , im sure if it were life threatening she would let folks know.. just tell her to get well
The reason I didn’t go into it is because her brother-in-law was quite graphic in his first emails and asked that it go no further and he is the one I have been emailing not PT. He said I could tell you she had two cysts burst in her uterus and the hospital worked on it but due to other health complications wanted to keep her for observation. She is weak and unhappy but coming along and hopefully should be out soon.
I REALLY hope she will be fine. I have no idea what it’s like to have cysts burst in the uterus, but I am assuming it’s painful. I hope that her health complications won’t cause anything to get worse. I wish I could be there with her! 🙁

I’m sorry, I think my post this morning was a little on the negative side. I understand her need for privacy. I’ve just been really worried about her lately. (Even before you posted about her being in the hospital.)
Oooh, I hope she makes a full recovery! I knew she’d been silent for some time and was getting ready to say, hey? Where’d she go? I definitely understand and respect the need for privacy in some matters, health included.

Can we send her a get well card at the hospital? Or would that be too complicated?
