Nuke, next time I go to AC Moore (similar to Michaels), I can check and see if they have the brighter pearl-ex kit on the left too, in case Drag0n doesn’t have them. I get 40-50% off coupons there weekly (helped me get my pearl-ex). If nothing else, they have some larger bottles of individual colors and I know they have the blues, if you just want those colors.

I went back and got the rest of the packages there with a coupon I had. So instead of the usual $25 they were $20 per pack. So I have 2 packages of series 1 (the one on the right side of the picture I posted) if anyone wants them, just PM me 😉

My Michaels had both series one and two (multiple packages of both). They were $34.99CDN whatever that is in US dollars. I only bought series 2 and between the 16th and the 22nd I’m gonna buy series 1 (I have a 50% off coupon for those dates for regular priced items, but only one item).

Michaels lets you return things if the packages are unopened 🙂 you could just return them

Yea I know, I hate returning things though. Maybe it’s from working in retail so long. Even if I buy clothes and they don’t fit I end up giving them away instead because I loathe returning. 😆

lol, I know what you mean, returns can be a hassle, but I try to be as quick/efficient and nice as possible. Reciept, tag, new condition, thank you and leave! i just love using the mica powders,i get them from ac moore and use the 50 off coupons,i dry brush them on or mix them with gum arabic and a little water,thanks for the tip purplecat i never heard of using them with the acrylic medium before i will have to pick some up and try it 😀
