Well, first I wanted to share this coupon with you guys. I got it in an email and dont know if anyone else did or not. Its good for $5 off shipping only when you buy something off ebay and pay through paypal. Good till June 4.
When you go to make the payment, there should be a place where it asks you if you want to redeem a code. Enter in this:

Also, I got an email from ebay suggesting I sign up for their new program where you get 3% back of what you spend on ebay during a certain time period, and at the end of that period, they give you a coupon to spend that is good for 30 days. Sounded like a good deal. Did anyone else get this?

It says not everyone was notified, but I dont always believe that when someone says “Youve been selected!!”.It’ll expire off the first use.
I don’t use Paypal, which is probably why I didn’t get the e-mail. Congrats to those who did, though! And thanks, Wolfen, for sharing it! And, um, I hate to be a stickler, but Wolfen, you know that “Across” in your signature is misspelled? I’m sorry, my mother is an English major, so I always look at spelling and grammar!

It’s harder for a Dragon to pronounce the “s” sound than it is for us, and it’s a phonetic spelling. That would be my argument, anyway.

My keyboard is weird. Half the time Ill type something and the letters wont show up. I guess they decided to do double time and make up for it. Ill fix it. Thanks purple!Really? Nope, no coupon. But I did get asked to join their survey about my eBay experience.
I am contemplating whether or not I should take it.
I can be very opinionated at times. 😈 Especially when I am being asked for it!
Unfortunately though, survey answers are to vague for what I would like to say.

I didn’t get any offer. They just keep telling me to sell stuff, for some weird reason I can’t contemplate.

It will if it’s a non-transferable coupon; it won’t necessarily otherwise, though there are usually restrictions (expiration date, minimum purchase, etc.).
This is from the PayPal FAQ:
“… a coupon can be used by anyone if the coupon does not specify an email address. If the coupon does specify an email address, it is not transferable and only the owner of that email address can redeem the coupon using PayPal.”
There are a lot of websites out there collecting coupon codes and posting them for everyone to have a go. Just do a search on “paypal coupons” (amazingly enough) and you’ll get a page full of them.
I’ve never used a PayPal coupon, though, so I have no first hand knowledge of any of this…
