Well she said woods so I’m assuming hunting or to defend against animals but I HATE guns and hate is a very strong word

Hahaha! She said hunting in the woods, so maybe they are camping out Davy Crockett style!
Nam, how big are those fish?
November 18, 2007 at 1:23 pm #635825Do you think they’re going to build a log cabin if they can’t find something else? 😆
November 19, 2007 at 4:03 am #635826The guns are for hunting! It’s deer season over here right now. 🙂 I am one of few female hunters.

November 19, 2007 at 9:16 pm #635829POOR BAMBI!!
November 19, 2007 at 9:26 pm #635830Bambi to this day is one of my favorite movies. When I was a child I found out my uncle hunted 😯 and didn’t talk to him for a week. Then he sat me down and showed me pictures of deer that had starved to death because of over population. WE got rid of all the natural predators leaving deer to over-reproduce and possibly starve. I realized if hunters didn’t thin the herds they would either starve or get hit by cars. Plus, my aunt and uncle and their 3 kids lived off the meat from the deer they shot.
So I don’t have a problem with responsible hunters. Trophy hunters or hunters that wound a deer and are too lazy to follow and put the deer out of his misery are a different story. And don’t even get me started on hunters who drink and hunt – one of my friends lost a friend during a drunken hunt. He left 3 kids without a dad.
