Not to mention the hardest pet I can think of to tackle a move with! Last time we moved we had to move with a fishtank and it was VERY nervewracking! 😯
I have freshwater, but I am stupid enough to be a discus enthusiast, and the fish in the size and color I have are worth $160+ each… but given that they are a breeding pair if I were to sell them (I never would!) they could be worth $600 easily. More importantly they are my pets and I care about them 🙂

My art: featherdust.comEeek! Arent discus fish fairly fragile compared to other species as well? I had some jack dempsies and other aggressives when I had a tank. I’m glad they made it safe, do you have any pics of them? 🙂
Did your birds arrive safe and sound too? Oh…I hope your husband is okay too…mustn’t forget about him 🙂
Poor husband is just very tired… he drove all that way in one shot!
Birds are doing great. They actually love road trips!
I don’t have current photos of the discus, they are very large now and have brilliant color. Here is a photo from this previous Spring.
I’ll take more someday… don’t have my camera with me!
